- In 2005, he led the construction, operation and establishment of a new management system for the first and second 400-foot automated jack-up drilling rigs in Asia. Drove the upgrading of the company’s drilling equipment technology and operational management, positioning the company as a pioneer in domestic offshore automated drilling rigs.
- In 2009, participated in the acquisition and takeover of overseas drilling rigs by COSL, established a new system for international operations, and cultivated a large pool of core talents to underpin the company’s global business expansion.
- In 2011, pioneered the entry of jack-up rigs into the Mexico market, broke the long-standing monopoly of Western companies in North America's high-end energy services market, and developed the region into COSL’s largest overseas market.
- In 2016, participated in setting up CIMC Bluewhale Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., led the team to complete commissioning, acceptance and operational preparation of the world’s most advanced ultra-deepwater semi-submersible drilling rigs. Successfully undertook Phase I and II natural gas hydrate trial drilling projects for China Geological Survey, providing key technical support and operational assurance for the country’s successful two-phase trials.
- 2019–2024, provided high-quality, efficient drilling services for CNOOC’s South China Sea Lingshui 17-2 (Deepwater No.1 Phase I) and Lingshui 25-1 (Deepwater No.1 Phase II) gas field projects. Pioneered innovative applications of dual-derrick semi-submersible drilling rigs in deepwater oilfields, cutting client project timelines by 17.7% and 34.15% respectively and saving approx. RMB 0.5B and 1.9B in budgets.

Proficient in overhaul and drilling/completion operations of onshore rigs, offshore jack-up rig, and semi-submersible rig.
